The Czech Republic sent its largest academic delegation to Taiwan to date, and VŠEM is part of this mission together with other Czech universities.

• Vice-Rector of VŠEM, Bob Kartous, was part of the Taiwan - Czechia Higher Education Forum, which was attended by representatives of more than 70 universities from both countries.
• The delegation of Czech universities visited Taiwan National University, the largest university in Taiwan, and National Chengchi University, which prepares specialists for the service of a democratic state.
• The goal of the mission was to support inter-university ties, exchange stays and joint projects in the fields of education, research and culture, so there was also room to get to know the city and meet friends, even though it was thousands of kilometers from home!

And our journey did not end there! We continued to Osaka for new perspectives and incentives for the development of international cooperation and education during the special day dedicated to education EDU Day at the EXPO 2025 World Exhibition.
