It is possible for students to take part in the promotional activities of the College of Economics and Management. The students’ participation can be considered as a part of the study module called Practical Applications. In case you are interested, please contact the Study Department of VSEM.
Open Days of VSEM
The Open Days of VSEM take place regularly, the first Tuesday of each month, in order to present the study programmes of VSEM. For the students of VSEM it is an occasion to get a temporary job, meaning they can assist the Study Department, answer the questions of people who are interested, providing information about studies at VSEM.
Gaudeamus (Prague/Brno)
Gaudeamus is the biggest trade fair in the Czech Republic (taking place every year in Brno and since 2008 in Prague too) which specializes in higher education institutions of the Czech Republic. For the students of VSEM it is an occasion to get a temporary job, meaning they can assist the Study Department, answer the questions of people who are interested, providing information about studies at VSEM.
Book World (Svět knihy), Prague
Book World is the biggest international trade fair in the Czech Republic of its kind. It is a place where VSEM presents its own study texts. For VSEM students it is an occasion to get a temporary job, assisting the Rector’s office staff or providing information about VSEM publications.

For VSEM students, the festivals are an occasion to get a temporary job, assisting the Study Department, providing information about VSEM study programmes or giving out the VSEM advertising materials.

Between the Fences (Mezi ploty) (Prague/Plzeň/Brno)
Between the Fences is an independent drama festival taking place in the mental asylum Bohnice in Prague. The main objective of the festival is to do away with the barriers between the medical institution and wide public.
United Islands (Prague)
United Islands is a music festival which takes place on several islands in Prague with more than 100 international performers.
