Length of the Programme and Destinations
- 3 - 12 months
- EU members, Island, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey

Qualifications of a Student
- A citizen of an EU member country, or of Island, Liechtenstein, Norway or Turkey. Or a resident or one of these countries, or a person with a refugee status in one of these countries
- A student of the 2nd year of the Bachelor’s study programme at least
- Fulfilling the selection criteria set by the pro-rector for study affairs (carry out the study duties properly, language skills, motivation letter, oral interview etc.)
- A student can participate in the Erasmus exchange programme only once
- In course of the Erasmus exchange programme, a student must not interrupt his/her studies at VSEM
Administrative Requirements before Departure
- The foreign educational institution application form
- Study contract (an approved plan of studies at the foreign university or college)
- Financial agreement (serves as a basis for the scholarship payment)
Administrative Requirements after Arrival
- Record of the study results achieved at the foreign higher education institution
- Real length of the stay confirmation
- Final report about the stay written by the student
- Full recognition of the studies abroad (in case the necessary conditions are met)
Financial Terms
- The scholarship amount differs according to the country and the length of the stay (the same amount is paid for each month)
- The financial contribution of the student is at least EUR 100 – 150 per month (various kinds of expenses)
