Doctoral Degree Subjects Council observes and evaluates the study in doctoral study programme. It supervises the currency and quality of the study programme, evaluates the progress in study of the individual students, approves study plans and requests for changes, and proposes members of examination committees. Also it approves topics and assignments of dissertation theses, composes and approves final examination and dissertation thesis committees. The chairman of Doctoral Degree Subjects Council is a guarantor of doctoral degree study programme, Prof. Ing. Milan Žák, CSc.
