Business Economics Department

The Business Economy Department is a special educational workplace which provides tuition in theoretical economics and the related practice-oriented disciplines within all accredited bachelor's, master's and MBA study programmes.

Doc. Enzo Essenza, D.Phil., M.P.A.

Inovations, Politology

He works as an innovator in the fields of education and HR with twenty years of experience in universities and the private sector. In the field of human resources, he focuses on strategies and transformation projects. His vision is to prepare individuals, teams and organizations for the future.

Since 1999, he has led seven grants from the European Union, the Norwegian Research Council, the UN Foundation and the School for Transformative Leadership project, which has been used by 4,000 students and teachers.

He also works on study programs focused on sustainability and human potential development. He brings students inspiring views, examples and experiences from the corporate environment. He defended his master's degree at Harvard University, his doctorate at the University of Oxford and his associate professor at the University of Economics.
