Transfers of Students and Graduates
General conditions for the students to transfer the study form (full-time, part-time)/study specialisations and VŠEM graduates in bachelor study programs (Bc.) to master study programs (Ing./MBA), the conditions for commencing the master study program (Ing.) for VŠEM students, advantages of VŠEM graduates (financial conditions, study reduction by means of individual study plan, graduation program).
Changing the study form/study specialisation can be performed after completing the trimester providing the student files an application at the latest 30 days prior to the trimester completion before the commencement of the expected transfer (September to 1.8./January to 1.12./April to 1.3.) by means of SIS VŠEM/Studijní formuláře/Žádost/dotaz.

VSEM Students
Changing the study form/study specialisation can be performed after completing the trimester providing the student files an application at the latest 30 days prior to the trimester completion before the commencement of the expected transfer (September to 1.8./January to 1.12./April to 1.3.) by means of SIS VŠEM/Studijní formuláře/Žádost/dotaz.
Transfer within the study specialisation and study form outside the specified terms is subject to Extraordinary terms and services (ETS), when the application is subject to the approval of VŠEM Administration Committee.
Within the change of the study form/study specialisation, the student is obliged to apply for (article 7, clause 2, SZŘ VŠEM) the Individual Study Plan for the academic year by means of SIS VŠEM/Studijní formuláře/Žádost/dotaz/ISP providing the student receives a new contract for the respective study form/study specialisation.
Transfer within the study specialisation and study form outside the specified terms is subject to Extraordinary terms and services (ETS), when the application is subject to the approval of VŠEM Administration Committee.
Within the change of the study form/study specialisation, the student is obliged to apply for (article 7, clause 2, SZŘ VŠEM) the Individual Study Plan for the academic year by means of SIS VŠEM/Studijní formuláře/Žádost/dotaz/ISP providing the student receives a new contract for the respective study form/study specialisation.
Transfer to Full-Time Study Mode
Student can apply for the acknowledgement of exams passed within the part-time study form at VŠEM by means of SIS VŠEM/Studijní formuláře/Uznání předmětu/zkoušky.
Transfer to Part-Time Study Mode
Student of full-time study form P1/P2 passes the exams within the standard study period as per the conditions specified for the respective study program (it includes all exams from the study subjects which were not acknowledged to the student from the former study).
Students and Graduates of VSEM
The conditions for progress/ transfer of VŠEM graduates to the master study program (Ing./MBA) are treated by the internal rules and relate to the graduates of the bachelor study programs organized by VŠEM (Bc.). The conditions of the progress/ transfer are specified by VŠEM Rector providing the transfer term, i.e. the date of submitting the application, is specified in relation to the study commencement term (October, January, April), see Enrollment terms, when the study applicant submits the application by means of E-Application VŠEM.
Terms and Conditions of Starting Master's Study Programme (Ing./MBA) for VSEM Students
A student of bachelor study program VŠEM (Bc.), who has not fully completed the bachelor study (1st level of university education) during the period of admission proceedings for the related master study program (Ing./MBA) can pass the admission proceedings conditionally (the participation conditions is the completion of the study).
Only an applicant with fully completed university education of the 1st level (Bc./state exam/bachelor thesis justification) on the day of the administration register into the 1st year of the related Master study program (Ing./MBA) is entitled to commence the master study program as per Act on Higher Education Institutions no. 111/1998 Coll., and he/she must comply with the conditions of the admission proceedings VŠEM for the respective study program for the academic year.
