In the context of career counselling, students are encouraged in job selection and in their integration into the work process so that they can handle the tough decisions and be prepared to participate at the labour market. They are provided with information about the labor market, job profile and available job positions. Professional counselling provides PhDr. Ivana Šnýdrová, CSc.

Psychological counselling
Pedagogical and psychological counselling is focused on the problems of students, helping students deal with personal or relationship problems. Students are encouraged to search for their own talents, dispositions and personal qualities. Pedagogical - psychologic counselling provides PhDr. Ivana Šnýdrová, CSc.
Student counselling
Student counselling is aimed to study problems of students, helping students solve difficult learning situation, set up an efficient system of education, balance work and university studies. The advice can be ordered through the the Form (brief description of the problem + proposal deadline meeting). Student counselling is provided by Bc. Tereza Vlášková. Final theses counselling is provided by doc. Ing. Lucie Depoo, Ph.D. (Vice-Rector for Education and Research).

Student counselling
Vice-Rector for Studies manages the activities of the learning and teaching process, staffing and science and research at VSEM. Elaborate programs of activities and development, accreditation and evaluation materials for the area.
Graduate from the Faculty of Economics and Management focusing on Management and Human Resources, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Doctoral study completed in 2012 in the field of Management with specialization in Human Resources. At VSEM teaches Management, Human Resources and related programs in Czech and English language for Bachelor degree, Master degree and MBA programs. She is a researcher and co-researcher of several projects and grants and hers results are regularly published in scientific journals and at international conferences. She also works on projects of creating educationa programs and is also involved in training programs in the area of teaching and learning with the support of the EU and the state budget. She is a member of the editorial board of Economic Papers and Scientific Council of Adart publishing and as a reviewer of scientific articles she cooperate with scientific magazines in the Czech Republic and abroad. She is the author and co-author of more than fifty scientific articles with responses in the Czech Republic and abroad and author or co-author of monographs.
