Human Resources Department is a special educational department which provides tuition in theoretical economics and the related practice-oriented disciplines within all accredited Bachelor's, Master's and MBA study programmes.

Ing. Hana Urbancová, Ph.D.

Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Life Sciences Prague, where she graduated in business administration and a focus on management and accounting. Doctoral studies graduated in Management with a focus on human resources. At VŠEM teaches Human Resource Development, Human Resources and Personnel management. It focuses on knowledge management and knowledge management continuity. She is a researcher and co-researcher in several projects and grants and regularly publishes the results of work in scientific journals and at conferences. Outside the area of education has experience in lower management positions in finance.
