Studies
Open-door days present information on individual study programmes, conditions, process, and administration of studies at VSEM.
College of Economics and Management (VSEM) offers Bachelor’s (Bc.) and Master’s (Ing./MBA) study programmes, lifelong learning programmes, and professional learning (LLP, PL).
The educational process at VSEM involves conveying current information on developing trends in line with the concepts and approach of individual study programmes, with the objective of preparing the graduates to succeed in the increasingly competitive environment of the integrated and globalized world.
The specific skills needed for the future professional success of VSEM graduates, as well as the specific characteristics of institutions which the graduates operate in, are taken into account in application segments of individual programmes in the course of the studies, particularly in the focus of students’ individual work and the specialization of study programmes (majors).
The study programmes are conducted in a daily and combined form of studies, where individual requirements for the aforementioned study forms are taken into account in the content structure of learning and examination periods (academic year schedule) of an academic year at VSEM.
The academic year at VSEM is subdivided into trimesters, where interactive communication (student – school, student – lecturer – student) is emphasized between the periods of classes and exams within the Students Information System (SIS, Study forms, WebForum, WebMail, E-learning).
